I create all my pieces in my studio in Pensacola, Florida. Please allow 3-7 business days before your item is ready to ship, unless otherwise listed.

Custom pieces and special orders will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and could take up to three weeks or longer to process.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once
your item has shipped.

First Class Parcel Mail usually takes three or four days maximum to ship
within the United States, but it is not guaranteed.  Please notify me by email at orders@jenniferponson.com if you need your order faster than that time. 

International Shipping: First Class International can take as little as
ten days for shipping or more, depending on the destination.

You are responsible for any import taxes/duties charged on your items.You are responsible for International Shipping on your items.
